At Signs Unlimited, we provide a wide range of services that cover a variety of personal and commercial needs. A sample of some of the services are provided below. Note that some items qualify for bulk discount and that some (such as screen printing and specialty promotional items) may have a minimum quantity required for order.


    Large Format Digital Printing
    Capable of printing on material up to 54" wide, we use high
    quality
banner, Our banner material is a strong, durable, outdoor, weather resistant vinyl with a matte finish intended for a variety of uses. Standard (non special order) banners are printed on rolls up to 54" wide and as long as is needed. Mesh banner material is also available for order.

Corrugated Plastic Corrugated plastic is a temporary, economic material commonly used for signage such as campaigns, home security, real estate, and yard signs. The most common thickness is 0.157" (4mm), while the most common standard sizes are 24" x 18" and 36" x 24. Wire stakes and heavy duty metal frames can be provided at additional cost.

Magnet
Magnetic signage is primarily used for advertising on vehicles when the ability to remove the information easily is desired. The most common sizes for magnetic signs are 18" x 12", 24" x 10", & 24" x 18".

Acrylic Plastic Commonly referred to by its brand names Plexiglass or Lexan, acrylic plastic is most commonly used when the ability for light to pass through the sign for illumination is desired such as in marquee signs. Both semi-transparent and clear acrylic plastic is available as is a variety of thicknesses, most common being 0.125" (1/8 inch), 0.25" (1/4 inch), & 0.5" (1/2 inch).

Aluminum
Aluminum is a premium, permanent signage medium that doesn't rust and has a variety of uses that include parking signs, license plates, building signs, etc. Based on the particular signage needs, our aluminum can come in the thicknesses of .040" (1mm), .063" (1/16 inch), & .080" (2mm).

Expanded PVC Komatex is a lightweight closed-cell, free foam, rigid PVC sheet. It is mostly used for interior applications when a more professional look is desired, such as in hospitals, trade shows, exhibit halls, etc. A variety of thicknesses are available, but we mostly use and stock 0.125" (1/8 inch).

    Screen Printing
    Our automatic printing press has 6 heads, allowing up to
    as many colors in your custom design to be applied to a
    range of garments. Limited to 1 color on select garments.
    High heat vinyl transfer (heatpress) also available.
